MONDEは、国や言語をこえて安心してつながるための場所です。次のルールを守ってください。
大切にしていること
- 相手の文化・言語・考え方を尊重する
- 相手のペースを大切にする。返信や会うことを強要しない
- 本当の自分で参加する（なりすまし・虚偽の申告をしない）
禁止していること
- 金銭・ギフト・投資・暗号資産・副業などの要求や勧誘
- 嫌がらせ、脅し、差別、しつこい連絡
- 性的な内容、18歳未満の者を交際の相手方とするよう誘う行為（本サービスは18歳以上のみ利用できます）
- 他人の写真・身分証の使用、他人の個人情報の公開
- インスタントでは、今いる場所の景色を撮影してください。人の顔がはっきり写る場合は、その人の同意を得てください。写真の中に連絡先やSNSのIDを書いたり写したりしないでください（Romanceのマッチ内を除く）。
- 他の利用者の写真・プロフィール・メッセージのスクリーンショットや保存、外部への共有は禁止です。アプリでスクリーンショットを撮ると注意が表示され、1回だけ表示のインスタントでは送信者に通知されます。
- 外部サイト・アプリへの誘導、宣伝・営業
- MONDE（交流）での連絡先の交換（Romanceで相互にマッチした相手を除く）
自分を守るために
- 住所、勤務先、身分証、カード番号、パスワードを送らない
- 外部リンクを開く前に、送り主と内容を確かめる（リンクを含むメッセージは送信前に注意を表示します）
- 初めて会う場合は、昼間の人の多い公共の場所を選び、家族や友人に予定を伝える
- 不安を感じたら、すぐにブロック・通報する
通報されたあとの流れ
- 通報はサーバーに保存され、受付番号が発行されます。
- 運営者が内容を確認します。会話の通報では、該当する会話の直近の内容を確認することがあります（確認は記録されます）。
- 違反が確認された場合、投稿・写真の削除や利用停止を行います。通報者には対応状況（確認中・対応済み等）を表示します。詳細はお伝えしない場合があります。
- 対応時間・緊急対応体制は【要記入】です。危険が迫っている場合は現地の警察・緊急機関に連絡してください。

Our values
- Respect others' cultures, languages and views.
- Respect others' pace; never pressure people to reply or meet.
- Be yourself — no impersonation or false claims.
Not allowed
- Requests or pitches for money, gifts, investments, crypto or side jobs
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, persistent unwanted contact
- Sexual content; any approach involving minors (the Service is 18+ only)
- Using others' photos or IDs; sharing others' personal information
- Instants are for the view where you are right now. Get consent before clearly showing someone's face. Don't write or show contact details or social media IDs in photos (except inside a Romance match).
- Don't screenshot, save or share other members' photos, profiles or messages. The app shows a warning when you take a screenshot, and the sender of a one-time Instant is notified.
- Luring people to other sites or apps; advertising
- Sharing contact details (phone, email, messaging IDs, social accounts) in MONDE — allowed only with a mutual Romance match
Stay safe
- Never send your address, workplace, ID, card numbers or passwords.
- Check before opening links (we warn before sending messages with links).
- Meet first in busy public places in daytime and tell someone your plans.
- Block and report whenever you feel unsafe.
After a report
- Your report is stored and you get a receipt number.
- Operators review it; for conversation reports they may read recent messages of that conversation (logged).
- Violations lead to removal of posts/photos or suspension. Reporters see the status, not always the details.
- Response times/emergency handling: 【要記入】. In danger, contact local police or emergency services.
