利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社 什【要記入：正式商号の確認】（以下「当社」）が提供する「MONDE」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意のうえ本サービスを利用するものとします。
第1条（本サービス）
本サービスは、国境を越えた交流と出会いのためのサービスです。友達づくり・語学交流・文化交流のための「MONDE」と、恋愛を目的とする「Romance」があり、利用者同士が相手を探し、相互の承認を経てメッセージを交換できます。体験・ツアー・ガイド等の販売や仲介は行いません。【要確認：インターネット異性紹介事業の届出番号の掲載】
第2条（利用資格）
- 本サービスは18歳以上の方のみ利用できます。18歳未満の方の利用を禁止します。
- 登録時の年齢は自己申告です。恋愛を目的とする機能の利用、その他当社が定める場合には、法令が定める方法により年齢を確認します。
- 恋愛を目的とする機能（Romance。提供時）は、18歳以上で、当社が定める方法で年齢確認を完了した方のみ利用できます。
- 当社が利用を停止した方、過去に本規約に違反した方は、利用できない場合があります。
第3条（アカウント）
本サービスのログインには、メールアドレスと確認コード、またはAppleでサインインを利用します（移行期間中はChatGPTのサインインも利用できます）。利用者は自己の責任でメールアドレスおよびアカウントを管理するものとします。
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。詳細はコミュニティガイドラインに定めます。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 他人へのなりすまし、虚偽の年齢・年収の申告、他人の書類の提出
- 金銭・物品の要求、投資・副業・ギャンブル等への勧誘、詐欺
- 嫌がらせ、脅迫、差別的な言動、つきまとい
- 18歳未満の者を性的な目的で誘う行為、その他児童の保護を害する行為
- 性的な内容の投稿・送信
- 外部の出会い系サイト等への誘導、営業・宣伝
- MONDE（交流）での連絡先（電話番号・メールアドレス・メッセージアプリのID・SNSアカウント等）の交換。Romanceで相互にマッチした相手との交換を除きます
- 他人の個人情報（住所、連絡先、身分証等）の公開
- 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、自動化された大量操作
- その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（投稿内容）
投稿・メッセージ等の権利は利用者に帰属します。利用者は、本サービスの提供・表示・翻訳（利用者が翻訳を使った場合）に必要な範囲で、当社がこれを利用することを許諾するものとします。
第6条（通報・運営による対応）
- 利用者は、規約違反のおそれがある利用者・投稿・会話を通報できます。
- 当社は通報を受けた場合、通報された投稿・プロフィール、および通報された会話の直近の内容を確認することがあり、利用者はこれに同意します。確認は記録されます。【要確認：通信の秘密との関係】
- 当社は、規約違反と判断した場合、事前の通知なく、投稿・写真の削除、利用停止等の措置をとることができます。
- 通報への対応時間、緊急時の対応体制は【要記入】とします。身体・生命に危険が迫る場合は、現地の警察・緊急機関に連絡してください。
第6条の2（Romanceと確定マッチ）
- Romanceでは、お互いの希望（性別・出会いたい相手）が合い、双方が「いいね」をした場合にマッチが成立します。
- 確定マッチ券を使うと、確定マッチの受け付けを設定した利用者のうち、希望が合う1人とすぐにマッチが成立します。相手が見つからない場合、券は消費されません。受け付けた利用者が1日に受けるのは1件までです。
- 当社は、マッチした相手との交際の成立や相性を保証しません。
- 確定マッチ券の価格・有効期限・返金条件は【要記入】とします。
第7条（翻訳機能）
翻訳は機械翻訳であり、正確性を保証しません。翻訳を利用すると、対象の文章が翻訳事業者に送信されます。
第8条（有料サービス）
現在、有料サービスは提供していません。提供する場合は、料金、支払方法、契約期間、解約・返金の条件を特定商取引法に基づく表記および申込画面に表示します。
第9条（退会）
利用者は、いつでも「MONDEのクラウドデータを削除」により退会できます。退会すると、MONDEのログイン用アカウントも削除されます（ChatGPTやAppleのアカウント自体は削除されません）。
第10条（免責）
当社は、利用者間の交流の結果について、当社に故意または過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。【要確認：消費者契約法に適合する表現か】
第11条（規約の変更）
当社は、法令に従い本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本サービス上で通知し、改めて同意をいただきます。
第12条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は【要記入：管轄裁判所】を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。【要確認：海外利用者への適用】
Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of MONDE ("the Service") provided by 株式会社 什 【to be confirmed】 ("we"). You use the Service by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
A service for cross-border connection and dating: MONDE for friendship and language/cultural exchange, and Romance for dating. Find people, connect by mutual approval, then exchange messages. We do not sell or broker experiences, tours or guides. 【Internet dating business notification number to be added】
2. Eligibility
- The Service is for people 18 and over only; use by anyone under 18 is prohibited.
- Age is self-declared at sign-up; we verify age by legally prescribed methods for Romance and where we require it.
- Romance (when offered) is limited to users 18+ who completed our age verification.
- Suspended users or past violators may be refused.
3. Account
You sign in with your email and a one-time code, or Sign in with Apple (ChatGPT sign-in during the transition). Keep your email account secure.
4. Prohibited conduct
Illegal acts; impersonation or false age/income claims or someone else's documents; requesting money, investment/gambling solicitations, fraud; harassment, threats, discrimination, stalking; soliciting minors or anything that harms child safety; sexual content; luring users to outside dating sites, advertising; publishing others' personal information; disrupting the Service or automated mass actions; other conduct we deem inappropriate. See the Community Guidelines.
5. Your content
You keep rights to your content and license us to use it as needed to provide, display and (when you use it) translate it.
6. Reports and enforcement
You may report users, posts and conversations. When a conversation is reported, you agree that operators may review its recent messages; reviews are logged 【to be confirmed under secrecy of communications】. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations without notice. Response times and emergency handling: 【要記入】. In an emergency, contact local police or emergency services.
7. Translation
Machine translation; accuracy not guaranteed. Text is sent to the translation provider when you use it.
8. Paid services
None are offered now. If offered, prices, payment, term, cancellation and refunds will be shown on the Commercial Transactions Act notice and the order screen.
9. Leaving
You can delete your MONDE data at any time. Your MONDE sign-in account is deleted too (your ChatGPT or Apple account itself is not).
10. Liability
We are not liable for outcomes of interactions between users except where we are at fault. 【To be checked against the Consumer Contract Act】
11. Changes
We may change these Terms as permitted by law; material changes require renewed consent.
12. Governing law
